    Good sand disintegration and easy cleaning of castings; The recycling rate of old sand can reach 90% -95%, saving new sand, reducing transportation costs, and minimizing solid waste emissions. This process has been applied since the 1950s, and the technology and equipment have been very sophisticated, with outstanding advantages and wide applications.

    It mainly consists of magnetic separation belt conveyor, vibration crushing regeneration machine, centrifugal rotor secondary regeneration machine, sand silo, bucket elevator, mobile dual arm continuous resin sand mixer, pulse back blowing dust collector and other equipment.

    After pouring, the sand box and casting are vibrated to remove sand, the casting is transported to a cleaning shovel, and the sand box is recycled for future use; The old sand is sent to the sand storage after magnetic separation, crushing and membrane removal, secondary regeneration, and air separation and dust removal.
    Recycled sand is mixed with curing agent and resin according to the ratio, and then used for molding and core making after being evenly mixed by a sand mixer. The entire line adopts imported PLC control, with a high degree of automation, suitable for small and medium-sized casting enterprises.
