Application of sandblasting machine for steel cylinder inner wall

The steel cylinder inner wall sandblasting machine is used for internal sandblasting treatment of steel cylinders to remove rust, oxide scale and other attachments. Commonly used for rust removal, strengthening, roughening, and cleaning of oxide skin on the inner and outer walls of military gun casings.

Internal cleaning of cylindrical objects with an inner diameter of 155mm to 160mm, a length of 800mm, and a weight of 50kg is carried out on the sandblasting equipment using a robot loading and unloading system.

1. Rotating workbench, cylinder conveying workpieces.
2. Design an internal dedicated shot blasting device that can sand blast the interior of steel cylinders.
3. Robot loading and unloading of workpieces (can also be done manually).
4. The rust removal level should reach Sa2.5 or above.
5. Clean the room completely sealed and use high-strength wear-resistant protective plates (material: rolled vigorously 15crl) inside.
6. The equipment is equipped with an environmentally friendly dust removal system (filter type/filter bag type).
7. PLC electrical control system.
